Shipping policy

Free shipping across Canada

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no threshold. The price shown is the price you pay, plus applicable tax.

Where we ship

Canada only. We do not currently ship to the United States or internationally. If you are outside Canada, write to us — we track those requests and they influence what we do next.

Processing times

• Stock sizes — 18″ × 12″, 12″ × 9″ and 9″ × 6″ — usually leave within one to two business days.
• Custom-cut sizes add approximately one business day, because each sheet is cut after the order is placed.

Orders are made and dispatched from our plant in Kensington, Prince Edward Island.

Delivery times

Transit time depends on distance from Prince Edward Island. Atlantic Canada is usually fastest; the Prairies and the West Coast take longer. Remote and northern addresses can take longer again. You will receive tracking as soon as the parcel is collected.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guarantees. Weather and carrier backlogs occasionally add time, and we will tell you if we know about a delay.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an address error, we will contact you and resend it — we will not charge you again for shipping the first time this happens.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking stops moving for more than a week, or your order arrives damaged, tell us. We will trace it with the carrier and replace the order if it cannot be found. You do not need to deal with the carrier yourself.
